Student Enrollment Center
District 622 now has a centralized Student Enrollment Center at the District Education Center, 2520 East 12th Avenue, in North St. Paul. The Enrollment Center allows parents to register their students in one centralized location. For information, or to register for the 2009-2010 school year, please call 651-748-7550.
First-time/New Students
A child must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1 to enroll in kindergarten. Children may be registered at spring kindergarten roundup, or by calling the district's Student Enrollment Center at 651-748-7550, or by attending the district-wide elementary registration which is held in August.
Minnesota state law requires that all children participate in Early Childhood Screening before entering all public kindergartens. Some private schools also require it. Click here for more information or call 651-748-7289 to schedule a screening.
All-Day Everyday Kindergarten
District 622 is proud to provide free All-Day Everyday Kindergarten.

If you have just moved into District 622 or changed attendance areas, please call the Student Enrollment Center, 651-748-7550, to enroll your student.

Enrolling Students who
do not live with a Parent
If you are enrolling a student who resides with a guardian or other relative, who is not the parent, you must complete the Student Not Living with Parent form. The student's guardian is required to fill out the top portion. The bottom portion should be completed by the parent, otherwise legal documentation is required if a parent is unable to complete the bottom section. Changes in EMID Schools
District 622 is no longer a member of the East Metro Integration District (EMID), as of July 2009.
